Made to Order (Good things take time)

Every single hat is handmade from scratch once your order is placed.

• Standard Delivery: Typically takes around 2 weeks from checkout to landing on your doorstep.

• Peak Times & High Volume: Please allow up to 6 weeks during busy drop periods. Quality takes time!

You’ll receive full tracking updates as soon as your hat is finished, packaged, and dispatched.

Care Instructions (Don’t ruin the graft):

Treat this like your lucky matchday shirt. A little care keeps it looking fresh forever.

• Cool Wash Only (30°C max): Keep it on a gentle spin cycle or wash it by hand. Don’t boil it.

• No Aggro (Don't Wring): Do not twist or wring the hat, that ruins the handmade tension. Just give it a gentle squeeze to get rid of excess water.

• Reshape & Lay Flat: While it's damp, use your hands to shape the crown and brim back to perfection. Lay it completely flat on a towel to air dry.

• Say No to Heat: No tumble dryers, no irons, no bleach. High heat and acrylic yarn do not mix.
