How long will my order take to arrive?
Because every piece is 100% made to order, please allow 2 to 6 weeks for your hat to be crafted, packaged, and delivered.
Most orders land around the 2-week mark, but during busy drop periods or high demand, the queue can take up to 6 weeks. We hook every stitch by hand, proper craft takes time, but trust us, it’s worth the wait. You’ll get tracking straight to your email once it’s on the move.
Are these really 100% handmade?
100%. No factory shortcuts
Each hat is individually hooked by hand from raw yarn to the final thread. Because of the handmade nature of the craft, every hat has its own subtle character.
How do I wash and look after my crochet hat?
Treat it like your favourite matchday kit:
- Wash Cool: Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cold cycle (max 30°C).
- Easy Does It: Don’t wring or twist itgently press out the excess water.
- Reshape & Flat Dry: Reshape the brim with your hands and lay it flat on a towel to air dry.
- Keep Away from Heat: Never tumble dry, iron, or bleach acrylic yarn.
Can I cancel, return, or exchange my order?
Because each hat is made to order specifically for you, all sales are final once crafting begins.
However, if there’s any defect in the craft or an issue with delivery, drop us an email with your order number and photos at hello@redthreadclubldn.com within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll get it sorted for you immediately.
